Publicis Group has acquired Mumbai based digital media agency – Indigo Consulting. It will now operate as a unit within the Leo Burnett Group in India and will retain its name. Its founder, Vikas Tandon, will remain as MD, reporting into Arvind Sharma, Chairman of the Indian Subcontinent for Leo Burnett. Trilegal played the role of a legal counsel to Publicis involved conducting the due diligence and drafting and negotiating the transaction documents. The team involved Sridhar Gorthi (Partner), Ashwyn Misra (Partner), Shamin Shah (Associate), Siddharth Saxena (Associate), Ramanuj Mukherjee (Associate) and Anindita Mitra (Associate).
