Singhania & Co., Advocates successfully settled for M/s. NBC Universal Media Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. An Indian subsidiary of M/s. Universal Studios, the dispute regarding the release of the most awaited Hollywood film of 2015, “Fast and Furious 7”. Both the parties, K Sera Sera Digital Cinema Pvt. Ltd., being the aggrieved petitioner and one of the respondents, M/s. NBC Universal Media Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd. Are engaged in the business of Distribution of Films. Through this Petition, the aggrieved company sought an immediate injunction on the release of the film.

After due deliberations and intense negotiations led by Associate Partner Mr. Raja Ratan Bhura along with Senior Associate Mr. Rajdeep Lahiri on behalf of M/s. NBC Universal Media Distribution Services Pvt. Ltd., the rights of the Studio in launching the film in India remained unfettered and protected.
