Singhania & Co. advised and defended IDL Foundation on intellectual property rights and trademarks. The issue revolved around adoption of the word “PINKATHON” for conducting marathons for women.

IDL Foundation, established in the year 2003, is a nonprofit charitable Trust, working solely for the blind in Karnataka. Its presence has been earmarked by its association with the who’s who of India, including Sachin Tendulkar, Late APJ Abdul Kalam.
