Amongst several other expansion plans in India and abroad, the Firm is delighted to share that Manasi Chatpalliwar has joined the Dispute Resolution team as an Associate Partner.
Manasi is a legal professional with more than 9 Years of experience in civil/ commercial litigation, arbitration and dispute resolution. She has represented clients across diverse sectors, including automobile manufacturing, international shipping, banking, education, real estate, aviation, and pharmaceutical.
Manasi joins Sim And San after three years at P&A Law Offices, where she was a Principal Associate in the litigation and dispute resolution team, which she joined after completion of her Masters in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore. Manasi’s core focus areas are inter alia Commercial Disputes, Investment Treaty Arbitration, Commercial Arbitration, Civil Disputes, Consumer Laws, and Insolvency Laws, across industry sectors.
We have been consciously working towards a vertical expansion across our existing expertise and even new practice areas. Of course, dispute resolution remains one of the core fundamentals of the Firm across sectors. I am glad to have Manasi on board and look forward to her valuable contribution to the Firm.
Team members like Manasi will help us continue delivering and even improvising on the nature of work we have been doing so far in the dispute resolution domain.
