Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM & Co) advised the Book Running Lead Managers in relation to the Institutional Placement Programme (IPP) by InterGlobe Aviation Limited.InterGlobe Aviation operates IndiGo, India’s largest passenger airline with over 40% market share of domestic passengers. The deal is valued at INR 37,943.61 million (Appox. USD 585 million).

The Issue Price was INR 1,130.00 per equity share.
