J. Sagar Associates advised Zoomcar in connection with the Series C funding of USD 40 million led by Mahindra and Mahindra Limited. Some existing investors also participated in the funding round. JSA had conducted vendor due diligence on Zoomcar India and provided limited review of the transaction documents at the offshore level from an Indian law perspective.
