JSA advised Sauce.vc on its Pre-Series A investment in Yeshoda Rose Bazaar Private Limited (Hoovu Fresh).

Hoovu Fresh is a start-up founded in 2019, which runs a platform that delivers fresh puja flowers by shortening the supply chain and leveraging technology in packaging and innovation. The investment round also had participation from other angel investors.

Sauce.vc is an early stage consumer VC fund, which invests in various direct-to-consumer sectors, including within the food and beverages, personal care, apparel, and lifestyle segments.
