Amongst waves of liberalization of the Indian legal services sector and a rush of entrepreneurship, Lex Witness gets into a dialogue with Aditya Chopra, Founding Partner, SanAd Legal, one of the leading current generation lawyers who have managed to carve out their own shell in today’s race to legal stardom. We have seen how FDI has encouraged and progressing eco-system has been developed by revising Company Laws. We are certain that in the upcoming years, India will also witness transformational growth in its legal system specific to new laws, regulations, fast track judicial system, and liberalisation and continues legal education.
India has positioned itself as one of the most dynamic emerging economies and therefore the regulatory changes such as IBC and RERA are significant initiatives which are bound to bring greater momentum. With these regulatory changes and its implementation, a positive impact is expected to build a transparent ecosystem for the entire industry. We think that these regulatory changeswere a much needed and a timely initiative towards industry development which in turn will act as a catalyst in augmenting governance and stimulating a plethora of advantages for everyone.
We believe that the practice of both IBC and RERA are expected to grow multi-folds as they bring out a solution to majority of the commercial disputes arising every now and then.
