J. Sagar Associates (JSA) advised the promoter, Dr Srivats Bharadwaj, in connection with the investment by SSquared Capital Investments LLC into the proposed joint-venture company, Special Smiles Private Limited (“Special Smiles”).

S- Squared Capital Investments LLC acquired a stake of 50% in Special Smiles in consideration of an investment amount of INR 110 million. Special Smiles is engaged in the business of establishing and operating clinics for dental care in India, with an emphasis on special needs dentistry as well as preventive dentistry.
