enior Partner, Bindra Rana completed her 50th Anniversary in the Legal Profession earlier this month. Mrs. Rana is an Advocate-on-Record with the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and is also a Registered Patent Agent. As an experienced IP Attorney, she spearheads the Litigation Team at the Firm along with Founding Partner and Barrister-at-Law, Mr. Sohan Singh Rana.

She started her career in 1968 and worked with the Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India from 1972 to 1979 and then became the Law Officer for bank of Maharashtra from 1979 to 1987. She along with her husband kept the founding stone of SS Rana & Co. in 1989. She was also on Panel Counsel with the Central Government of India from 1989 to 2004 and Panel Counsel for UPSC from 1989 to 2014.

She has an experience of almost 50 years in Banking, Corporate, Commercial Laws, Intellectual Property and Service matters. She has an in-depth understanding of the micro and macro factors influencing business.
