Metro Realty is the owner of the iconic ‘Metro’ Cinema at Mumbai and Kolkata. Metro Cinemas, Kolkata which opened its door to the theatre audience in 1935, is a heritage structure which is being redeveloped keeping its heritage facade intact. As project counsel, S. Jalan & Company, Kolkata is advising the Group and drafting the real estate transactional documents, for the entirety of the mixed use development proposed on the property, which will include anchor stores, multiplex, F & B outlets etc. The team of S.
