Jalan & Company acted as the legal counsel for L & T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited to advise the lender on a project finance of INR 240 Crores for a residential housing project spread across 15.575 Acres at Gurgaon and also for securing credit facilities through collateral security of a farm house land of around 25 acres.
