In addition, he is involved in commercial dispute resolutions, including litigation, Infrastructure arbitration and mediation, regulatory work, company matters, enforcement of restrictive covenants, and bank guarantee matters.

Another attractive elevation in the current announcement of the firm is the appointment of its Chief Executive Officer, Subhomoy Chakraborty, who is also an Associate Partner in the firm. Subhomoy will closely watch the firm’s brand and people growth strategy and other factors like technology as a changemaker in the firm’s modus operandi etc. In addition, Subhomoy possesses litigation experience of over two decades across various domains.
