Jalan and Company acted as the Legal Counsel for Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. for conducting due diligence for a Loan amount of Rs. 1250 million in respect of parcel of land admeasuring 92673.01 square meter (approx.). Firm advised, facilitated for the transaction with regard to disbursement of a facility in favour of M/s Alcograin Distillers Pvt. Ltd for its expansion of plant and unit. The firm had advised on structuring the entire transaction and had also conducted due diligence for the various parcels of land situated in various parts of West Bengal for securing the loan facility.
