On 10 August 2015, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation Mr. Alexander Yakovenko, hosted a lunch at his Kensington Palace residence in honour of Mr. Sarosh Zaiwalla and in appreciation of Mr. Zaiwalla and his firm Zaiwalla & Co’s good legal services. The Deputy Head of Mission of the Russian Embassy, Alexander Kramarenko also joined the lunch.Zaiwalla & Co acted for a successful respondent in the trial in the High Court of a dispute concerning ownership of a London Hotel. The proceedings raised issues of unfair prejudice, mistake, misrepresentation and undue influence.
