J. Sagar Associates advised Inter Partner Assistance SA (“IPSA”) in connection with the sale of 100% of the total issued, paid-up and subscribed share capital of IPSA’s wholly owned subsidiary, AXA Assistance India Private Limited , to Roadzen, Inc.

The Company is engaged in the business of providing automobile assistance, travel assistance, health assistance, lifestyle assistance and security interest services.
