Readers’ Feedback – September 2018

It was a real pleasure to associate myself with Lex Witness, arguably India’s 1st Magazine on Legal & Corporate Affairs. Through informed write-ups and incisive analysis, Lex Witness seeks to bring its discerning readers up to speed on topical issues that impact their professional life. I am convinced that magazine is a real value-add for both in-house and practicing attorneys. Look forward to the more fruitful association with the magazine in future. More power to Lex Witness!

I have been an avid reader of the Lex Witness magazine and needless to say it offers a great variety of informative articles and tends to keep its readers updated on the ongoing affairs. The detailed articles help me to get a good insight on the issues concerning the industry. The magazine covers almost all the aspects like arbitration, mergers etc and also gets us an insight on the opinions of the legal gurus. The events organized by Lex Witness have always been very knowledgeable and provide great networking opportunities. Apart from the telescopic view provided by this magazine of the legal affairs, what I look forward to with a great delight in the vintage lane section, which recently covered the constitutional veteran - H.M. Seervai. However, if asked for a suggestion, would really recommend including important judgments as part of its scope as well.

I am a regular reader of the Witness magazine since last 2 years, which is probably India’s first dedicated magazine quoting wonderful articles written by highly learned counsels on very important legal issues. The articles not only help me to understand the technicality of the topic but the impact of the particular law point on the industry. Being a part of a legal fraternity, it is very much expected to keep ourselves updated and well versed with regulatory changes. The magazine is covering almost all-important legislation matters, amendments, and opinions from legal counsels on the various topics as well as it’s also publishing the information for upcoming conferences in India which help us to know the upcoming opportunities. Simple language of the magazine and the unmatched standard of content has made this magazine my most favourite. Thank you, Lex Witness, for helping us to keep ourselves in the updated version.

I’m a regular reader of Lex Witness. The magazine consists of latest updates where the articles from in-house lawyers as well as litigation lawyers givein-depth knowledge of the law. As we move forward, law and business are more interconnected than ever which requires enhanced knowledge of business laws both from domestic and global perspectives. It also providesa broad overview to all young lawyers aspiring to excel in the corporate and consulting world, with explicit skill sets for corporate and major relevant laws.

The magazine gives a brief and precise insight about the updates in the legal industry. The content of the magazine is illuminating yet easily understood even by people not belonging to law background.Additions as a reader, I can suggest that certain topics should be covered about the happenings in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs which can be helpful for Company Secretaries and Chartered Accountants and not just set limited to Law.
