I find Lex Witness to be a refreshing window to the legal thoughts and philosophies. I normally carry the latest issue of the magazine for my in-flight reading to stay abreast of the latest current news and views. I enjoy reading articles, Snippets and most of all Cutting Edge and Capsules.
I have definitely benefitted from the content of the magazine over the years, as I am sure others have as well. However, I feel the content has to become more expansive and informative. The spread should cover a variety of issues and on different subjects. A section should be created purely for non-lawyers, in specific to consumer redressal issues like the Capsules and Trivia sections.
It's a very good magazine, and extremely knowledge centric. The topics are well researched. Unquestionable uniqueness of the content & presentation makes it stand out as a winner. Though every column is worth a read, still I look forward Legal Reforms, Sneak Peak, Education Special and Legal Snapshot. I get to read about most of the current topics in the monthly issues, which is very helpful in staying up-to-date. The opinions of experts from the industry are definitely much appreciated.
I enjoy reading each issue of Lex Witness. It has a number of noteworthy articles on the current legal issues focusing on comprehensiveness. The articles are significant and help in keeping oneself abreast with the latest developments in the legal arena. I find the magazine very informative. I especially like the Counsel Corner and the Tete-a-tete sections. In terms of improvement, I think if you can expand on the Capsules like sections, which provides updates on laws and industry news, that will be much helpful.
Lex Witness covers detailed articles on the subject but case laws should be explained more. Also, the updates on current legal issues should be more focused and in-depth. I also like Snippets and Capsules the most as they keep me updated.
Lex Witness is an informative and interesting read, as it covers the current issues and specialized areas of law such as intellectual property. I look forward to the sections like Buzz Square and Capsules. The advertisements, events, conferences could be covered in a separate section.
I would like to thank Lex Witness and wish you all the very best as you continue to pursue this in-depth and thought-provoking line of reporting in the Legal and Corporate field. However, I personally feel that the quality of the articles need to improve. More corporate articles from the in-house legal teams would certainly be an attraction.
