Undoubtedly an excellent magazine, the nature of the topics is new in every issue which is interesting. As a suggestion there should be a separate column for FAQs where people can ask their questions to be answered by experts.
It’s a good magazine for one and all related to law. It does cover a good variety of topics in a good percentage; it covers almost all the needed things.
Witness is really informative; it mentions the latest happenings on the legal front from all over the India. There shall be one more detailed issue on IP, although there have been a few in the past.
It is quite informative & very useful to people like us in the legal field. I and my team read it to upgrade our knowledge. I appreciate the quality of magazine. It is excellent. Wish you all the best for the further issues to come. One suggestion to you is that please cover excise matters or matters related to service tax & GST in the upcoming issues.
I am happy as the subjects covered in the magazine are very good; the magazine is very well received by the legal community. The current happenings covered are topical for a general reader which is good, but for professionals a brief background of the same shall be mentioned.
Please include carrier oriented material in the same i.e. name of the institutions & the various courses available in legal domain. The coverage on M&A and Marine Law was really good.
A very good magazine. Please include corporate law, IPO & take over related issues more from the corporate perspective. The latest issue on UK Bribery Act is not that much relevant in Indian scenario although reporting is really good.
I am a regular reader of the Witness magazine. I found the article on National Land Acquisition and Rehab & Reset Bill 2011 to be more informative, precise and to the point. It is an eye opener to the corporate and business world as to how our Govt. is pursuing its socio-economic policy forward with changing of law with changing of time. I wish the Witness Team all success and looking forward to read more topics like these.
Today, I got one copy of the September edition of your magazine “WITNESS”. I found the same very interesting and informative. After going through the magazine I need to have the citations of the judgments included in the articles published on pages 26 and 27.
