WITNESS tells us about the judgments and keeps us up to date. It emphasizes on Corporate Laws, though they are beneficial for us, but I would personally like to suggest including some general business laws in it. I like the column named Capsules a lot. But I think there should be more judgments in it, each compiled into a single paragraph just for enlightening the reader; so that we can learn more.
Undoubtedly the magazine is good. It covers the most relevant topics in the current scenario. I feel it should start a column or section on philosophy of Justice & Jurisprudence. You should add judicial reforms and historical perspectives to it. This section should be more academic in nature, which will give an idea of Justice. I like the stories on IPR.
I am a regular reader of Lex witness. It is a premier magazine in corporate law. The content of the magazine keeps me updated on the latest market trends which as a law student is of keen interest to me. The articles of the magazine help me to get a holistic grasp over the issue and in turn help me to analyze and understand the issues in a comprehensive manner.
I am a regular reader of Lex Witness Magazine. The content of the magazine tells us about the new amendments of the law, the revised amendments, the happenings of the cases and that too in such a polished way that even with a glance at it we can understand articles thoroughly. Every month we get to know something new and learn yet another perspective. The design aesthetics is also very reader friendly. It keeps us updated about the latest events or legal summits in the industry. It covers issues that everyone prefers at least a read through.
I have learned a lot from reading WITNESS. I liked the article on New Amendments of Companies Act and it personally helped me a lot.
WITNESS is a wonderful magazine that keeps us updated on legal matters. However, I would appreciate if the magazine could consider having a section on the nuances of drafting / conveyance of various kinds of agreements from a corporate perspective together with a sample / suggested draft. This will not only have the academic interest of law students but also be of immense help to the ones engaged in legal documentation and drafting.
