This is the ever first magazine which covers the interest of Advocates as well as corporate professionals. It is quite informative and updating for all legal professionals. Postal Delivery system needs to be improved further. Article on “Circumstantial evidence” is excellent. “Is your Data Safe” by StutiBansal gave lot of new Information with analytical review of IT Rules 2011. “Snippets" are quite useful.
Witness touches almost every legal spear in a most lucid manner. As the magazine has come of age, it provides credible information, which can be relied upon. Some of the articles like on FDI in multibrand and data protection have been connoisseur delight.
The magazine is excellent; I really like the content of the magazine. The original thoughts found in this magazine make it more readable then many other magazines. The articles are really comprehensive and varied. The latest notifications published in the magazine become very handy to know about the current developments.
As being India's first magazine on legal and corporate affairs Lex Witness is giving a particularized view to its readers by providing a definite content. This magazine is creating a revolution even in the minds of layman to understand law easily. The articles provide a framework for understanding and evaluating appearance based justifications for the government. Thus the magazine is the quest for the awareness in the field of law.
The magazine is good but I am of the opinion that there should be more information of legal developments; there is more focus on commercial interest. I would suggest the magazine to bring up more articles on topics like; consumer protection and arbitration. There should be articles on case laws; also it should include the social and environmental issues. It is a good magazine but could be improved more if it could be turned into a magazine that will interest the specialists and the layman both.
Lex Witness isn’t just a magazine; it’s a flourishing market which facilitates the exchange of ideas and information from all corners of the noble and esteemed Legal Profession. My sincere regards and compliments for the entire team and crew of Lex Witness.
Lex Witness is a good magazine covering a lot of current issues. I feel that the magazine is focusing more on the point of view of people where as it should be focusing more on the factual aspects of the current issues. It will give magazine a new scope for growth. Also, the cutting edge is a good column where you come up with a new story every time I really enjoy reading it. I would like to suggest Witness to come up with a column that talks about the international status; of how the world economy affects the Indian economy.
Contents of the Lex Witness magazine are truly crisp and associated with the current events. The magazine has become my travel partner and I make a point not to miss reading the single issue. Topics like “Legal Snapshot” give an excellent overview of the proposed statute. I suggest covering the topics related to energy sector and the opinions of the energy experts as well in the coming issues.
The magazine in terms of coverage is really good. From the editorial point of view I would like to make a suggestions; I feel that sometimes the articles are without any conclusion. As was in the article on stamp duty was really nice and factual but also it needed a conclusion which was missing. I would like to suggest the editorial to go for an article that talks about what and why but also has a conclusion.
