The content of the magazine is effective and informative. It always keeps me updated with the upcoming events in the legal domain. I really like the part where you cover recent judgments and the seminars. ‘Sexual Harassment’ was one topic that was very well written and I liked it the most. I would also like to suggest you to publish career issues being faced by the legal graduates ‘today' as it is a matter of great concern.
I like the analysis on Arbitration, IPR and the Company Laws Sections. It should be discussed in consonance with judgments. There are a lot of frauds that are being played by the real estate builders with the people at large, and government must pass “Real Estate Regulation Bill, “2013" which is pending to stop such malpractices. I would like to share my inputs on this.
The magazine is very ‘good’ and I like all sections of it. However, the Capsule column is very informative & gives brief update of all the legal developments happening across the country. Witness can also consider on publishing more updates on Telecommunications & Broadcasting Laws and Regulations.

Lex Witness Magazine is very useful to corporate professionals. I get latest updates through the magazine mainly in secretarial and tax matters. The language used is very simple and understandable. ‘The’ Magazine’s look is very appealing as the cover page and other sections are well balanced. I like the way you publish the important matters in capsules in a very precise manner just to save readers’ time. The cover page articles, too, are very nicely written and presented in detail like in May 2014 magazine’s issue- "Uncertainty in Tax Laws” - which is very important for foreign investors. I also like the Editor’s notes of Mr. PBA Srinivasan, Editor in Chief and Mr.Shyam Grover Group Editor and & CEO.
The articles and the topics covered by the magazine are quite helpful and knowledgeable. I thoroughly dig into the snippets every time I get the magazine. They are short, brief and concise. Articles on E-commerce and Companies Act, 2013 published in the May, 2014 issue were very informative and resourceful. The only suggestion I would mention here is that the magazine should, now, cover and publish more judgements passed by the Delhi High Court.

Witness takes its initiatives further to keep its audience updated, through different events & summits on varied subjects, current hot topics of the world and of course jobs arena of legal industry. I would suggest one or two pages on Tax related issues be covered by the experts in the field. "
