Witness is quite useful and interesting. From the content point a view you do cover the corporate law areas very well; from the presentation point of view as well the paper quality, the font, the designs are all good. I like reading most of the regular columns especially Snippets. The only suggestion that I would like to make is that you should cover more issues and some more of Supreme Court judgments.
I get really useful information from it. You guys are doing good work and wish the same for future.
Witness guides as well as provides a hand on research information. It educates me, inform me and at times entertain me, this is in reference to your trivia section. I regularly read and follow your magazine. No adjective can suffice the quality of content you provide. It is good for layman, practicing advocate as well as general counsels. Only one suggestion I have for your editorial team, please include some more recent cases and judgments laid down by Supreme Court and State High courts, one has to not go and refer something else for it and Witness becomes our one point contact for all the things related to legal & corporate affairs.
Witness is quit informative and educative. By covering such a wide range of topics it does deliver for what it promises to. I particularly enjoyed reading the article on RBI Laws and Corporate Debt Restructuring. I would also like to suggest you to publish some analytical articles over the current issues of the industry.
The magazine is really good, but I would like to read some more on criminal law. Also some more coverage of the current news along with the opinions of the renowned authors and lawyers who can analyze the current judgments in an article format would be more interesting to read. All in all it is a very useful magazine.
It is very good magazine. I read it every month. Right from snippets, capsules to articles to the last section which you call as Trivia in interesting to read. At times I feel the magazine is missing corporate law, might be a general lawyer will not feel it but being a corporate lawyer I feel this.
The way M&A was covered in two back to back issues it became repetitive, although different aspects were being discussed, still its gave an approach of repetition. The analytical reviews are mostly over the arbitration, I suggest that you have some analytical reviews over recent amendments as well. Although Snippets are doing a good job but still it should be a bit more detailed. Education Special is something I would like to appreciate. Also, I would like to suggest that you write articles with several directions; as the way you covered Patents in Pharma, if you could have included some more industries along with pharma it would have become a write up beneficial for all to read.
