The write up on surrogacy has come out very well in your recent issue. The comprehensive story has been reported and compiled very well.

Thanks for sending me your magazine, Witness, which I have read from cover to cover. It is excellently produced, with very good contents.

I appreciate the efforts put in by your team in bringing out this novel and very good magazine on law. The last issue was the best so far while the previous one was better then one previous to that one. I mean to say that the magazine has been continuously improving which is very good. Most of the issues discussed in the magazine are current and hope you will continue to discuss the burning issues in the upcoming issues also.

It’s a good magazine, a new creation in the field. The best part is that it is not confined to the opinions of lawyers only but the viewpoints of all the people related to a subject are taken into account. Most of the topics it touches upon are contemporary. However, I feel that you need some advertisements so that the magazine could reach out to more people. I would also suggest your team to include some laws which have yet not come into being i.e. stories dealing with future laws on a regular basis like the ones published earlier on Pre-nuptial Agreement. You should also start reporting some latest judgments. Possibly start a discussion forum wherein discussion on a particular judgment could be held. Witness is a good attempt and I wish your team all the best. Keep it up!

Witness is one of those pieces of information in the current legal sphere that has broken down all clutches of clutter, lack of analysis, expert opinions etc. I look forward to receive the magazine month after month.

It’s a laudable effort. Keep the good work up! Please do add some more pages to it by introducing some sections that throw light on different fields of law like family laws, criminal laws and corporate laws.

The January issue of Witness has really been an entertainer and information-provider. The amalgamation of information provided by the Flashback section is really note-worthy. The effort of the research team is commendable. The diversity in covering latest topics providing apt and up-to-date developments and expert opinions provides easy platform for understanding the complex legal concepts. The insight provided by the story on upcoming provisions of Companies Bill regarding the Insolvency laws provided an overall and ready-to-digest informative material. Along side, the comments and suggestions of Chairman of BIFR were noteworthy. The cover story on surrogacy presented a deep and practical scenario of today’s laws, currently in its nascent stage in India. Also the article on evidentiary value of electronic records provided a comprehensive view covering different provisions of law relating to it. It really helped understand it fully and removed various doubts. The articles on current trend in LPOs and need for family laws for NRIs gave insight into the current legal developments. A study of the issue raised in the article by Mr. Prashant Mendiratta also raised serious doubts about how the legislations are passed in India and how they fail to fulfill the real purpose for which they are formulated. The article on transplantation laws is also worthy of appreciation. The experts consulted for their comments are from varied fields and their support shows the exposure received by the magazine. Also their comments really help in analysing the issues on an objective platform. I have been a reader of all the issues of this magazine and the content and quality of this magazine has continuously been upgrading. It is of real help to all the sections of people in any sphere of legal world.
