Prakash Legal Advisers advised a major business house against the Employees’ Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal (EPFAT). On an Appeal before the Appellate Tribunal, the operations of the impugned Recovery Notices for Provident Fund dues against the client was stayed. The concerned officers were directed not to take any coercive measures for recovering the Provident Fund dues till the disposal of the matter.
