In one of the cases filed in Maharashtra against a nationalized bank, a customer claimed some amount based on fabricated evidences. The bank lost at the district and state level but at the National Commission, New Delhi an interim relief was granted on the basis of absolute facts presented before the Hon’ble National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission by the team of Prakash Legal Advisers led by Pankaj Garg assisted by Milind Garg, Gaurav Gaur, Narendra Gautam and Amit Kr. Chaudhary.
