Prakash Legal Advisers was entrusted with yet another assignment by a large banking consortium regarding financing a real estate giant on a project. The total project financing amounted to INR 4,000 Crores.

The firm was brought in to vet the financing documents and to analyze any sort of loose mandates therein, as they documents had already been vetted by two other major law firms. Prakash Legal Advisers, during their own vetting process, amended and rectified various security documents in consonance with the new provisions introduced under the Companies Act.

The team at Prakash Legal Advisers was spearheaded by Pankaj Garg, Founding Principal Consultant, Prakash Legal Advisers. Garg was assisted by Milind Garg and Rohit Yadav, both in the position of Senior Associates.
