Siddartha Karnani

Siddartha focuses primarily on banking & finance, restructuring & insolvency, dispute resolution, real estate matters as well as general corporate advisory related work. Siddartha advises a broad spectrum of clients, working primarily with banks, non-banking financial companies and other financial institutions. He generally acts as the lender’s legal counsel for various banks, non-banking financial companies and other financial institutions for various debt / lending transactions, large scale legal audits and title due diligences and represents such banks, non-banking financial companies and other financial institutions before various courts and tribunals including but not limited to the DRT, DRAT, NCLT, NCLAT and the Hon’ble High Court of Bombay. Siddartha is currently a Partner with King Stubb & Kasiva.
