Pantaloon Retail India Sells 53.67% Stake in Future Capital Holdings Limited to Warburg Pincus

J. Sagar Associates (JSA) has recently advised Pantaloon Retail India on its stake sale of 53.67% ownership in Future Capital Holdings Limited to a leading global Private Equity firm, Warburg Pincus.
