Kochhar & Co. advised Bengaluru based PagarBook on its Series A funding round of US$ 15 mn led by Sequoia Capital, which also saw a participation from India Quotient. PagarBook is a staff and payroll management solutions provider – reportedly with over 30 lakh registered users in the SME space. The fund raise is intended to facilitate future product development and expansion of product portfolio and drive customer acquisition. The Kochhar team comprised Delhi Partner Sarika Raichur and Senior Associate Sidhartha Jatar.
