Lex Witness is one magazine that covers the Indian corporate related legal issues in depth. All subjects of corporate law are very well covered and talked about. I also like the coverage of latest happenings of the corporate and the law firms’ domain. Having said that I would like to suggest the team to bring in additional litigation related angles also on a similar level. Given that there are bodies like CCI, NGT, Company Law Board and various upcoming bodies that directly impact the functions of a counsel; updates and news related to these and similar bodies should also be covered by Lex Witness.
I find Lex Witness to be a perfect combination of updates and articles over, national corporate and economic scenarios with international updates as well. The articles that reach the counsel through Lex Witness are authored by the industry’s most senior professionals that not only makes the magazine a good read but also adds a lot of credibility. I would like to suggest the Editorial Team to add content related to contract management, as it would be very interesting to read articles focusing on the integrities of contract management and importance along with meaning of various clauses.
Lex Witness is an all round knowledge packed magazine for the Legal and Corporate Luminaries. The magazine has been a key platform for professionals to get legal updates on current issues. The variety of informative issues and landmark verdicts from the Honorable Supreme Court and various High Courts are efficiently placed to the readers. Also, the comprehensive articles, case-law, amendments help one in staying updated with the present judicial trend. My suggestion to the team is to invite some more legal experts to add authenticity.
Lex Witness is one magazine that I enjoy reading for Indian law related subjects. The array of subjects and topics that the magazine covers is highly appreciable. I particularly like reading columns related to judgement analysis and other legal updates. Still, being a lawyer I would want to read a little more of it and so would suggest Team Witness to include more judgments from various courts and updates from various sectors. I would also like to read articles from senior advocates and judges on subjects like arbitration.
I enjoy reading Lex Witness as the magazine brings to me well researched aricles from a huge range of subjects. It’s an informative magazine that brings together opinions from various experts of both the corporate and non-corporate worlds. I also like reading two columns in particular, Snippets and Capsules; that focus on updates that are important for professionals like us to know on a regular basis.
