EKACTRM Solutions Inc., a group company of Eka Software Solutions Private Limited has acquired Encompass Technologies Inc., a software company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Encompass provides fully-integrated Energy Transaction and Risk Management software to energy traders and marketers in North America. Nishith Desai Associates, acted as the lead legal counsel to EKA for the transaction.
