In one of the cases filed in Maharashtra against a Nationalized Bank, a customer claimed some amount based on fabricated evidences. The bank lost at the District and State level, however at National Commission New Delhi, final relief has been granted on the basis of the absolute facts presented before the Hon’ble NCDRC. The Hon’ble NCDRC declared the claim of the customer invalid and bogus.
