J . Sagar Associates (JSA) advised and represented Oracle India Private Limited (OIPL) and its 14 group companies in relation to a scheme of arrangement seeking amalgamation of the group companies into OIPL. The Company Petition was filed before the Delhi High Court for approval of the Scheme. Subsequently, the matter was transferred from Delhi High Court to National Company Law Tribunal, Delhi in pursuance of a notification issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. The NCLT approved the scheme under Section 391-394 of Companies Act, 1956.
