Trilegal has advised MSI as Indian counsels in relation to MSI’s investment into Continuum Wind Energy Pte Ltd. The scope of work included advising on regulatory regime governing wind power sector in India; project consents and land related issues; structuring and review of investment documents; conducting due diligence of the Indian wind power projects; and assisting MSI in closing steps.

According to various news reports, this deal is one of the biggest by PEs in the Indian wind energy sector, which is growing 30% annually.
