Majmudar & Partners represented Arneg S.p.A, the third largest supermarket equipment maker in the world, in its acquisition of a further stake of 30% in its Indian joint venture company, Arneg India Private Limited from Ambience Airconditioning Equipment Private Limited. The transaction is valued at INR120 million. Pursuant to this acquisition, Arneg India Private Limited will be wholly owned by Arneg S.p.A Rukshad Davar, Partner, led the team from Majmudar & Partners on this transaction.
