L&T Infra and Federal Bank finance BLP Vayu Private Limited’s acquisition of DLF Limited’s Wind Power business

J. Sagar Associates represented L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Limited and The Federal Bank Ltd, in relation to the long term facility of Rs. 363 crores provided to BLP Vayu (Project 1) Private Limited for acquisition of DLF Limited’s Wind Power business in Gujarat.
