JSA advised the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management, Government of India, in the listing of NMDC Steel Limited on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.

NMDC Steel Limited is a public sector enterprise majorly owned by the Government of India, under the administrative control of the Ministry of Steel.

NMDC Limited, the largest iron ore producer in India, demerged its steel business pursuant to the ‘in-principle’ approval of the Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs chaired by the Hon’ble Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi. Post the demerger, NMDC Steel Limited (the resultant company) houses the steel manufacturing facility of NMDC Limited.
