Legacy Law Offices secured relief for ICT AIAPL JV in a writ petition against NHIDCL over contract suspension and contract termination. The JV was earlier awarded consultancy contract of Rs.126.66 crores which is the single largest Authority’s Engineer consultancy contract in the history of Indian construction industry. The prestigious project of national importance is being constructed at a cost of approximately Rs.4500 crores. The team comprised Managing Partner Gagan Anand, Senior Partner Sadiqua Fatma and Associate Partner Shahbaz Ahmad.
