The Legacy Team recently secured relief before the Hon’ble High Court of Himachal Pradesh for the concessionaire company engaged to develop the Himani-Chamunda Ropeway project at Kangra in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The High Court restrained the respondent state department from encashing the bank guarantee furnished by the company.
