Kochhar& Co. acted as attorneys to the Denmark based ORIGIO a/s which has entered into a Joint Venture by acquiring majority stake in Trivector Scientific by paying for 3.3 Mn Euros. ORIGIO a/s is a world leader in Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) solutions.

Trivector was established in 1993 and has through a number of exclusive distributor agreements specialized in supplying turnkey solutions for Indian ART clinics.

Post acquisition, the JV entity will focus on introducing and selling more equipments, consumables, disposables, culture media, providing other maintenance services and to increase awareness about the issue in the society.
