Kochhar & Co. acted as attorneys to Eftec AG (“Eftec”), for acquiring 51% shareholding in EftecShroff (India) Limited (“ESIL”), a joint venture company between Eftec Asia Pte. Limited and the indian promoters. ESIL is a market leader in India as automotive supplier for the special applications bonding, coating, sealing. Post-acquisition, the Eftec group has become 100% shareholders of ESIL.
