Led by Senior Partner & Regional Managing Partner (Mumbai), Harry Chawla and Senior Associate, Trupti Guha, the Firm advised Atria on the issuance of compulsorily convertible debentures (CCDs) to Banyantree. Cipher Capital was the sole banker to this transaction.

Bangalore based, Atria Group, with current operating capacity of over 45 MW in Small Hydro Power plants (“SHP”), is augmenting its SHP capacity further and also expanding into other verticals of renewable energy like wind and solar power. Atria will use the infusion of new capital to accelerate its aggressive growth strategy.
