Firm advised Masu Brakes on structuring the transaction and negotiation of the transaction documents, and on tax aspects (direct and indirect) of the transaction. MASU was incorporated in 1982 to become the leading supplier of Brake Pads & Brake Linings. Since then, MASU has carved a niche for itself in the Friction Material Industry & grown into a group of companies that manufactures & exports a wide range of world-class friction products.
