Khaitan & co. advised State Bank of India, ICICI Bank Limited and other CDR Lenders forming part of the working capital consortium in relation to renewal and enhancement of the existing working capital limits from Rs 12.77 billion to Rs 16.30 billion under the Corporate Debt restructuring process to IL&FS Engineering & Construction Company Limited. The role of the firm involved drafting and finalization of the financing and security documents, participated in Joint Lenders’ meeting and assisted in CDR negotiation, general Corporate advisory.
