Khaitan & Co. advised DBS Bank Limited Mumbai, as legal advisor, as Indian Counsel in relation to a foreign currency term loan facility of USD 15 million granted to Allcargo Belgium NV for capital expenditure and acquisition purposes, pursuant to which Allcargo Belgium NV and DBS Bank Limited, Singapore has entered into an ISDA Master Agreement and Schedule, to hedge the exposure of the Borrower under the facility agreement which was guaranteed by Allcargo Logistics Limited, the Indian Parent. The total consideration of the deal is USD 15 Million. The transaction was led by Partner Devidas Banerji.
