Khaitan & Co. advised Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited (CGCEL) in relation to listing of its equity shares, pursuant to demerger of consumer products business of Crompton Greaves Limited, through a High Court approved Scheme of Arrangement, into CGCEL.

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited is engaged in the business, inter alia, of manufacturing, marketing, distributing and selling of consumer products such as fans, pumps, lighting and consumer appliances.
