JSA assisted the shareholders including Mr. Sanjeev Fadnavis (the “Sellers”) and Nitor Infotech Private Limited (“Nitor”) in the acquisition of a 100% stake in Nitor by Ascendion Engineering Private Limited (“Ascendion India”).

Nitor is a leading software product development company in India. It is engaged in the business of providing software product development and platform development services to its clients that are independent software vendors, platforms as well as enterprises. Nitor’s services include – UI/UX, architecting, design and development, quality engineering & test automation, data engineering, cloud engineering and DevOps services.

Ascendion India is a part of the Ascnedion group based out of New Jersey, United States of America. The Ascendion group is a leading technology company in the US.

The transaction involved extensive negotiations and discussions with Ascendion India and JSA was involved in all aspects of the transaction which involved negotiating transaction documents on behalf of the Sellers and advising on the structure to be adopted.
