J.Sagar Associates advised and assisted Teleperformance SE (“Teleperformance”) with the acquisition of Intelenet group of companies from Blackstone. JSA handled the India leg of the transaction.

Intelenet, with offices across the Americas, Europe, Middle East, India, and the Philippines, is a major global provider of high-end omnichannel customer experience management, back-office, human resources and financial & administration services in the banking, financial services and insurance sector, as well as the travel, transport & accommodation, ecommerce, e-services, and healthcare sectors. Blackstone is a leading global alternative asset manager.

The deal value is approximately USD 1 billion (One Billion dollars).
