J. Sagar Associates (JSA) acted as the domestic legal counsel to the proposed Initial Public Offering (IPO) by PSP Projects Limited. The Book Running Lead Managers (BRLMs) to the IPO are Karvy Investor Services Limited and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors Private Limited. The IPO comprises of up to 10,080,000 equity shares consisting of a fresh issue of up to 7,200,000 equity shares and an offer for sale aggregating up to 2,880,000 equity shares by the Promoters and Promoter Group, namely, Prahaladbhai Shivrambhai Patel, Shilpaben Patel, Pooja Patel and Sagar Patel.
